Refund Policy
All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within the first 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refund Policy:
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or return the purchased products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (14-26 days, excluding 2-5 days for handling).
- You received the wrong item.
- The item is defective (All items must be returned at your own cost to our original warehouse in China and must not be used).
We do not issue refunds if:
- Your order is not delivered due to factors under your control (e.g., providing an incorrect delivery address or failing to pick it up from the courier).
- Your order is not delivered due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., not being cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, epidemics, or pandemics).
- Your order could not be delivered to the specified address and was returned.
- You did not choose the correct size in relation to our size guide.
- We do not refund the difference in "quality" or if the item is described differently because we specify the material for each product.
- If you do not pay the shipping cost to the destination and our company covers it upon receipt, you will not receive a refund.
You can request a refund within 14 days after the guaranteed delivery time (26 days) and (45 days) has passed. You can do this by sending a message to the customer service email on our website.
