DELIVERY AND CUSTOMS

When is my order processed?

All orders in stock are processed and shipped from our national and external warehouses. Please allow extra time for order processing during holidays and sale periods.

We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days from the order date and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not deliver on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order has been placed, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. After that, delivery for international and domestic orders will take between 14 and 26 business days (depending on location and excluding the preparation process).

Will I be charged customs fees?

The prices displayed on our website include VAT, which means you do not need to pay this. However, except for exceptional cases, you may need to pay customs fees and taxes.

Import taxes, fees, and related customs duties may be charged when your order reaches its final destination, and these are determined by the customs authority in your country.

Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and is not covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For details about the fees, please contact your local customs authority.

Liability for www.ristalflec.com is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, epidemics or pandemics, adverse weather conditions hindering normal traffic via land, sea, or air, etc.). In such cases, orders will be delivered as quickly as possible, and the specified timelines will not apply.

www.ristalflec.com is not responsible for the consequences of delivery delays.

If the recipient cannot be found at the specified address on the order, the courier will leave a notice in your mailbox so that you can pick up the package at the nearest courier office.
